Not a great start to the Craft Show Season... the people and location were great but the weather did not cooperate. The wind was ridiculous fortunately my husband secured my tent and art props in such a way that not a thing blew away... thumbs up to him!!!!

All week long the weather forecast called for rain - complete wash. It did rain until about 2:00 in the afternoon then the skies began to clear. The event was rain or shine fortunately we experienced more shine than rain. Other than a few gusts of wind the show went on!!!!
Those who attended thank you and an even bigger thank you if you placed your vote to help me select images for my next watercolor collage. Based on the votes the 4 buildings to be included for sure include the Grundy Museum, The Clock Tower with Gazebo in the distance, The Fire House and St. Mark's Church. The fifth image is still undecided... there was a tie between The King George and the Funeral Home. The decision for the fifth image will be revealed next month... at First Friday June 2nd.

As promised I revealed the 5 selected images for my Bristol Watercolor Collage. The Grundy Museum, The Clock Tower with Gazebo in the distance, The Fire House, St. Mark's Church and The King George.

Once again all week long the weather forecast called for rain and once again it passed... until clean up and then the sky opened up. Fortunately all the art was in plastic tubs so although it was messy we survived with out an issue. A beautiful evening and the show went on!!!!
