I have been a fan of creative stuff my entire life. My mother enjoyed drawing, painting and sewing while my father with his wood working and drafting talents designed our home. In addition my grandmother strung beads and pearls and my grandfather repaired watches and crafted fine jewelry. Currently my husband has a love for music along with being very creative around the home and my stepdaughter is pursuing ballet and the flute. As you can see I have been surrounded by quite the mix of very creative individuals.
It was not until 1993 when the possibility of creating art for others became a reality. I had the opportunity to use the computer at the tennis club where I was teaching tennis and created many brochures and advertisements for the club. From there I decided to pursue computer graphics at The College of New Jersey and learned of the many tools available to turn my art, especially my love of watercolor, into a business.
As for personality... I am a people pleaser. My goal with art is not only to enjoy the experience but to make others smile with art created especially for them. Although I have created and sold several of my own designs, the thing I like the best is capturing the vision of another individual either in the form of a note card, invitation, painting or on the pages of a book.
"You provide the vision... I make it happen."
